Hi, I’m Emily Gardeski! I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a
Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and a minor in Foods and Nutrition. With a
background in both dental hygiene and personal training, I’ve always been passionate
about health and helping others feel their best.
During a continuing education course, I was introduced to myofunctional therapy, and it
truly sparked my interest. It opened my eyes to an entirely new world of health, and I
quickly fell in love with the field. I went on to complete myofunctional therapy training
through Myomentor. After seeing the benefits firsthand, I knew I wanted to share this
therapy with others. My mission is to help people breathe better, live healthier, and smile
brighter! I love educating patients about airway health and opening their eyes and their
airways (literally!) to a better quality of life.
When I’m not working with patients, you can find me lifting weights, trying new recipes,
or getting lost in a good book. I adore spending time with my family and am always up
for outdoor adventures, whether it’s fishing, snowmobiling, or anything in between. And
yes… I’m a total sucker for a good reality TV show.
